1. The order is placed on the website Paytrail
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc holds a payment institution licence. In the event of a complaint, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

2. The paid product will be shipped within one week of the order if the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock, the seller will contact the buyer and provide an estimated new delivery date (delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond the seller’s control, as products are ordered directly from the manufacturer and shipments always arrive in larger batches in line with the environmentally friendly practice).
3. Orders are delivered to the address provided by the buyer via the shipping services on shipit.fi. The buyer is obliged to check that the packaging has not been damaged in transit when receiving the package. In such a case, the seller must be informed immediately of the damaged packaging.
4. Products have a 14-day right of return, provided that the product packaging is unopened and in perfect condition. If the returned product is not unopened and in a condition similar to new, the payment will not be refunded.
